Amsterdam's SALLE PRIVÉE | House of design is a place where Art, Architecture, Music and Design come together as the sources of inspiration for perfume and design. The name SALLE PRIVÉE refers to the curation of your own private space. Whether it's the personal space around you, your home or your office, or the private place in your mind. The brand sees perfume as the opportunity to provide spaces with your own “mood" by wearing your perfume.
Founded in Amsterdam by designer duo Anna Hegeman and Patrick Munsters, who both have a background in Fashion and Design. The couple’s personal aesthetic ideals combined with creativity, art, music, and architecture resulted in a new approach towards design and perfume.
For our Amsterdam studio we are looking for talents to gain working experience as an intern for logistics and sales a full-time internship position. You will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of logistics, supply and sales at SALLE PRIVÉE.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist in managing inventory and order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipment and delivery processes to address any issues.
- Assist in optimising the supply chain and inventory management.
- Support logistics planning and coordination for the company's growth.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and engage potential clients.
- Contribute to sales meetings and presentations.
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about both sales and logistics processes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
