How do I make a purchase?

  1. Browse the catalogue and click on the product you want
  2. On the product details page select the size and colour you prefer
  3. Click on "Add To Cart"
  4. Click on "View Cart" then proceed by clicking “Check Out”
  5. Enter your personal information and shipping address
  6. Select your preferred shipping method and finally provide payment details

You can check and change the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time and you can pay with any major credit card (American Express, MasterCard and Visa). We also accept payments made using iDeal and PayPal.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need be registered on our site to make purchases. However, creating an account is fast, free, safe and gives you many advantages such as:

- receiving updates on your order and checking past purchases
- saving your delivery preferences
- creating and accessing your Wish List
- receiving exclusive updates from the world of SALLE PRIVÉE

Can I save my favourite products?

To save your favourite products, you need to create an account after which you will be able to add items to a Wish List.

  1. Browse the catalogue and click on the product you are interested in
  2. On the product details page select your preferred size and colour
  3. Click on "Add To Wish List"

The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Will it be in stock soon?

Considering the fact that the SALLE PRIVÉE collection is a permanent one, we try to operate with a never-out- of-stock system. However, due to manufacturing and logistics realities, occasionally some of our items do go out of stock. In such instances, you can be assured that we are doing our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible.

If an item you desire happens to be out of stock, we offer a service through which you can be notified immediately when the product is back in stock. Please look at the specific product page for information regarding how to activate this notification feature.

Different countries use different sizes. How do I know what fit is right for me?

On the product details page, under “Size & Fit”, you can consult the Size Chart which will assist you with determining what your size is.

What payment methods does SALLE PRIVÉE accept?

You can pay with any major credit card (American Express, MasterCard and Visa). We also accept payments made using iDeal and PayPal.

Do I need to pay import and customs duties?

If ordering from within the EU: No

If ordering from outside of EU: Your order may be subject to customs and import duties and taxes. SALLE PRIVÉE has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for more information about the current charges.

Note that: you will be responsible for paying any duties and taxes upon delivery.

How can I track my order?

Your Tracking Number will be sent to you in an order confirmation email. Your Tracking Number is a code that allows you to track the package in real time on our website.

If you are a registered customer, you can login to your account, where you will see information regarding your order.

How long do deliveries take?

This is dependent on the chosen shipping method and delivery address. Please visit our Shipping page for further information.

How do I return or exchange a product?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return any unwanted items, SALLE PRIVÉE offers a 14-day return policy. Please visit our Returns page for detailed information regarding this question.

Can I change my order before it is dispatched?

You can edit the order before the warehouse has processed it. If you change your mind, we suggest you contact our Customer Care Department immediately so that they can verify the status of your request.

In any case, you can request the return of the item within 14 days of delivery of the order for any reason. You can find more information on our Returns page and in our Terms and Conditions.

Is there going to be an online sale?

We do not plan to have any sales as we believe that sales do not fit in with our concept of creating a timeless and iconic collection. We work with a seasonless approach, meaning that our entire collection is available 365 days a year, and every item in the collection is there to stay.

Ultimately, we believe that our customers benefit more from buying clothes that never go out of fashion – garments that retain their value throughout time – rather than purchasing seasonal items on sale.

You’re a luxury brand, so why do some garments contain synthetic materials?

SALLE PRIVÉE prides itself on using the highest quality materials to guarantee a luxurious feel whilst optimising a garment’s functionality and longevity. Certain instances necessitate the (partial) use of synthetic materials in order to achieve our purpose.
